Common questions
- Do your apps need an internet connection?
- Only Find Your Carrot, and only to fetch an ad. Every puzzle works offline; if there is no connection the game plays on without one.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile.
- Are there ads or in-app purchases?
- No in-app purchases in any of our apps. Find Your Carrot is free and shows ads — a banner during play, and a full-screen ad between games. They are non-personalised: nothing about your child is used to choose them. Our other apps show no ads at all.
- How do I reset my progress?
- Delete and reinstall the app, or use Reset Progress in the app's settings.
- Something is broken.
- Email us with the app name, your device model, and your iOS version and we will fix it.
