iCodingLabs ("we", "us") publishes the apps this policy applies to. You can reach us at any time at info@iclabs.dev.
§2Information we do not collect
We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share:
- Names, email addresses, dates of birth, or any contact details
- Photos, camera, microphone, contacts, or calendar data
- Precise or coarse location
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or IP-based identifiers used for tracking
- Usage analytics or behavioural profiles
- Crash reports or diagnostic telemetry
§3Information stored on your device
Our apps save your progress and settings locally on the device, using Apple's standard on-device storage. We cannot read this data, and it is removed when you delete the app.
§4Third parties
Our apps contain no third-party advertising networks, no third-party analytics, and no social media integrations. They make no network requests of their own. This page itself loads no fonts, scripts, or assets from any other domain.
Purchases and downloads are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
§5Children's privacy
Some of our apps are designed for children as well as adults. Because we collect no personal information at all, there is nothing for a parent to review, correct, or delete on a server, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). This design is intended to meet the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including Article 8, and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
§6Your rights
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is no data to access, port, correct, or erase. If you believe otherwise, write to us and we will investigate and respond.
§7Changes to this policy
If a future version of any app changes what it collects, we will update this page and change the effective date above before that version is released. The version of this policy in force is the one published on this page.
