Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Where these terms and Apple's EULA conflict, Apple's EULA governs.
§1The licence you get
iCodingLabs grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not redistribute the software, sell it, or attempt to extract its source code or assets.
§2Acceptable use
Do not use our apps to break the law, to interfere with its operation or other people's use of it, or to circumvent its purchase or access controls.
§3Your content
Anything you create stays yours. It is stored on your device and we never receive it.
§4No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The software is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, iCodingLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
§5Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, and material changes take effect for future use. We may suspend a feature if we must for legal or security reasons.
§6Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
